Power at the customer’s fingertips – Black Flash Multi Map Devise

The Black Flash Multi Map tool gives the power to the car owner to tune their vehicle whenever and wherever they like.

This simple and effective device gives the customer the power to switch between 2 modified maps and the vehicles original. Examples could be both economy and performance or performance and performance plus, track and road or valet mode. There are endless possibilities and configurations.

Black Flash Multi Map is a portable, standalone customer based programmer that is truly simple to use and gives ultimate flexibility in what the customer wants from their vehicle. Designed to be used by the driver in the comfort of their own vehicle it is capable of reading and writing tuning programmes for many different vehicle types. Uniquely, it can also store in its memory three different files dedicated to the same car, one original file and two tuned files.

The customer can tune their vehicle to their heart’s content allowing the customer to change the power output of the engine in a matter of minutes.

Like all re-mapping, each file is individually created by the Black Code Technical Team for the vehicle. This gives Black Code the ability to address the customer’s needs for their individual vehicle.

How Black Flash Multi Map Works
Essentially the Black Flash Multi Map works in a similar way to the general remapping processes undertaken by a technician by reading and writing through the vehicle diagnostic port (OBD). Black Flash Multi Map also has the ability to check for any faults or DTC codes that may be present.

Each individual Black Flash Multi Map unit can be programmed with a set number of protocols from a given manufacturer. Once the customers has installed the software onto their computer they can select the vehicle group and the necessary protocols will automatically load onto the  Black Flash Multi Map device ready for use.

This allows a customer to read their own vehicle, save the read file and then to send via email to us (Black Code Technical Support) for re-mapping. The Black Code Technical Support Team will write the individual modified file(s) for the customers requirements. On completion the customer can change between which maps they wish to use on their Black Flash at any given time. Truly the Black Flash devise allows customers to undertake the file modification process in the comfort of their own surroundings anywhere in the world with the knowledge of having our Black Code Technical Support Team on hand should assistance been required.

Black Flash Multi Map holds the original ECU software, and tuning map file(s):

• Factory original
• Maximum economy
• Power and eco blend
• Maximum power road
• 1/4 mile
• Track
• Valet mode

The individual Black Flash Multi Map unit will ONLY work on one vehicle at a time.  Therefore should the customer wish to use their Multi Map on another vehicle the Multi Map original file will need to be uploaded back onto the ECU to release the protocols for overwriting the Multi Map box and the entire process of remapping would recommence for the second vehicle with additional cost for the file writing.
